Gluten Friendly Breakfast Cookie
These yummy gluten friendly cookies are great for on-the-go.

- 4.5 oz Almond Butter
- 4 oz Agave
- 3.5 oz Rolled oats
- 3.5 oz Oat flour
- 2.5 oz Sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 oz Olive oil
- 2.0 oz Sunflower seeds unshelled
- 2.0 oz Craisins
- 2.0 oz Chopped walnuts toasted
- 1.0 oz Chia seeds
- .40 oz Vanilla extract
- .30 oz Baking powder
- .30 oz Baking
- .20 oz Cinnamon
- .20 oz Salt
- 4 eggs
Combine all your dry ingredients into a bowl
Add all your wet ingredients.
Mix well by hand.
Use a 2 oz scoop to scoop out cookies onto parchment-lined sheet pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn halfway through baking.
Store in airtight container.
