These yummy gluten friendly cookies are great for on-the-go.

Ingredients
  

  • 4.5 oz Almond Butter
  • 4 oz Agave
  • 3.5 oz Rolled oats
  • 3.5 oz Oat flour
  • 2.5 oz Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 oz Olive oil
  • 2.0 oz Sunflower seeds unshelled
  • 2.0 oz Craisins
  • 2.0 oz Chopped walnuts toasted
  • 1.0 oz Chia seeds
  • .40 oz Vanilla extract
  • .30 oz Baking powder
  • .30 oz Baking
  • .20 oz Cinnamon
  • .20 oz Salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Combine all your dry ingredients into a bowl
  • Add all your wet ingredients.
  • Mix well by hand.
  • Use a 2 oz scoop to scoop out cookies onto parchment-lined sheet pan.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Turn halfway through baking.
  • Store in airtight container.
