Recipe Yield: 22 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Max Hold Time: 7 days refrigerated, 2 days displayed
8 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/3 cup chia seeds
1 1/3 cup flax seeds
2 TBSP vanilla extract
1 cup agave
• Reduce to ½ cup if using sweetened almond milk
Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
*You can use any fruit that you prefer for your pudding.*
In a lidded container (Cambro), combine all pudding ingredients, stirring well.
Lid, date, and refrigerate overnight. Stir occasionally to distribute the milk and seeds.
Assemble to-go packaging with a scoop of pudding, blueberries, and then top with sliced almonds.
